We are 20 minutes from the Honolulu International Airport and 30 minutes from Honolulu with its world famous Waikiki Beach. Our small island is surrounded by beautiful and accessible beaches and the opportunities for myriad water sports abound. The mountains of the Ko'olau and Waianae ranges offer numerous hiking trails, some boasting waterfalls. There are over 30 golf courses on Oahu and many other sporting and cultural activities are available as well. There is even polo.
The immediate neighborhood of our home is quiet and friendly. We have neighbors who would be pleased to advise you about local events, shopping, etc. or to assist you with any emergencies.

About Our Family

We are experienced home exchangers having completed 14 exchanges thus far (including through other on-line exchange organizations) and all have been great successes. We would take care of your assets as if they were our own, and we can provide references from previous exchange partners to show that we have done so in the past. I'm 75 and Mayumi is 76. Between us, and aside from home exchanging, we have lived in Spain, Japan, Peru, Singapore, Bali, and Abu Dhabi and have visited at least forty countries. So we are comfortable in and enjoy various cultures and sharing our own with others.

Lifestyle

Advancing years have slowed us down quite a bit but I was quite active as a scuba diver and sailed my 14 meter sailboat for many years. We are both amateur musicians and our home boasts many musical instruments including a baby grand piano.
