A living in Uppsala, a city of about 220.000 citizens.
Uppsala is known for its univercity, cathedral and the many students. Uppsala is located 70 km north of Stockholm. Public transportation to Stockholm is available by train in 30 min from Uppsala C with many deprtures every hour.
Uppsala is beautiful and calm in the summer with the Fyris river running through the city. The city offers a lot of nice cafes, restaurants, shops, pubs, markets and green parks. It's a nice town to stroll around in.
Our house is a two floored villa built in 1995. It is a comfortable home suitable for a family. The house is located about 7 km south of Uppsala city nearby a part of lake Mälaren and some small beaches. Public transportation to Uppsala city is available by bus. There is a shopping centre with grocery store, some restaurants and pharmacy at a walking distance of 10-15 minutes. There is also nice nature areas in direct connection with the back yard.
We have a large garden with pool, deckchairs, basketball hoop and a trampoline. The house has four bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms and a sauna.
A car, a Renault Megane is available for exchange if requested.
