Flat in Oxford, Great Britain

The appartment is a converted Edwardian Carpenter's workshop with 8 flats - the flat is on the top floor and has a very modern, quiet and light-filled interior with high ceilings.
Two bedrooms - one large (two single futons that can be pushed together or separate) and one smaller bedroom (one large / King size double futon bed) . The living room also has a very comfortable double sofa bed.
The flat has a spacious living room. The living room has a modern and well-equiped kitchen adjacent to the main room.
The living room has double doors that lead onto a small sunny balcony with a table, chairs and a BBQ. The balcony is totally private and overlooking a large green field (school playground). It is south facing with the morning sun for breakfast.
The best element about the appartment is that it is in the city of Oxford. The buses are 7-10mins to the very centre of Oxford (bus stop 2mins walk to the flat).
In Oxford you can enjoy the historic university, castle, museums, colleges, parkland, Thames and Cherwell rivers, four theatres, and impressive history. For children - Harry Potter tours, ghost tours, a good natural history museum, lots of children's theatre, boat ride, an outdoor swimming pool, and plenty of parkland.
You can also catch a bus to London directly (great buses) in about 1h20mins or the train in 1 hour - both are direct. Both the buses and trains are very frequent (every 20 minutes).
To escape to the countryside - Blenheim Palace, the Cotswolds, the Chilterns, the counties of Somerset, Gloucester, Berkshire and Bath - there are endless places of interest.
We have an automatic and a manual car that could be made available from the private car park outside the flat.
Note: the appartment would not be ideal for very young children or a person who requires assistance with stairs- there are two flights of stairs to the top floor with no lift for buggies / prams.
