We'd like to go to the moutain to find the snow for december 2019.

Calm and clear flat, 3 mn to the station "Ménilmontant", Paris, France

Welcome in Paris !
We live in the district of "Ménilmontant", an historical and authentic district of Paris, in the 20th, on the border of the 11th. In the past, Menilmontant was the district of windmills and the singer Edith Piaf.
It is very lively, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and also artists studios. Our building takes place in a small pedestrian street, that's why it is very calm. We have a guard of the building, which it's secured well.
Our appartment (114 m2) is big, spacious, calm and illuminated. Three bedrooms, a big living room (40 m2), two bathrooms and a kitchen to the 5th and last floor (a double bed, three single beds and a mattress of supplement).
The closest subway stations are "Ménilmontant" (line 2) at about 4 mn or "Rue St Maur" (line 3) at about 7 mn, but we very often use the bus 96 too. We are close to the Père Lachaise cimetery and the park of Belleville (from where you have a nice view of Paris).
We have three bikes and three bike helmets : the bike is the fastest means of transportation in Paris.
It takes about 20 mn to reach the center of Paris by subway or bus (1st district : Hôtel de ville/ Châtelet), 15 mn to the "place des Vosges".
We are living in that district since almost six years now, and want to stay here a long time (after having lived in the 9th, 14th, 15th, 18th and 19th district of Paris in 20 years). We like Paris very much and it will be a pleasure to give you good ideas and adresses to visit it.
The atmosphere in the building is very good : several family are making exchanges with Intervac, and you could count on them to help you if you need.
