TWO APARTMENTS TO EXCHANGE : Marseille or/and Paris

WE ALREADY HAVE OUR EXCHANGE FOR SUMMER 2016 BUT ARE OPEN TO DISCUSS AUTUMN 2016 AND FEBRUARY 2017 !!

In Marseille, our sunny flat is simple but comfortable, well fitted for a family of two adults and one or two children (eventually three although it might be a little tight !). You'll find a kitchen-living room, with TV, DVD player and wifi access. The parental bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the street. The vast children's bedroom has three beds.

Our apartment is situated in the very heart of Marseille, in a small and typical provencal building, 5 minutes walk away from two subway stations, directly linked to Vieux-Port and the railway station. The area is pretty calm but exchangers that want absolute calm have to be aware we have a restaurant nearby and their terrace can make some noise in summer (although they close at 22:30 and the bedrooms are not on the same side). The apartment is quiet the rest of the time and we have double-glazed windows.

Five minutes away by foot , you find everything that makes living in Provence so nice : plenty of food markets (a great producer market, the biggest market of Marseille, the multicultural one, all gf them just minutes away from home), fantastic food stores (épicerie fine, cheeses, wines, fruits and vegetables, bakeries...), cafés with terraces where to chill in the sun, a great library... And when you want to swim, a quick and direct bus ride (20mn) takes you to the first beach. We love our neighborhood !

We also have a two bedroom flat in Paris (métro Anatole France, on line 3, in the nice neighborhood of Levallois-Perret) which can be added to the exchange. It is situated in a recent building, in an area full of shops, across one swimming pool and children parks, which make it a good family base to discover central Paris (20mn in subway). As we live only part time there, we can consider a non-simultaneous exchange with this apartment.

We'll be more than happy to help you through your discovery of both areas. Guylaine is a lifestyle journalist, who have written many travel guides. Antoine is a senior reporter.
