Great yard, fantastic for kids, easy drive to Seattle and Vancouver
Cottage with large grassy yard, evergreen trees and flower and vegetable garden. Lots of outdoor fun for kids with fort, slide, trampoline, basketball hoop, field for soccer, and giant tree swing!
Quiet neighborhood, 2 minute drive to town center with everything you need, 2 minute walk to lush park with creek and trails. Bellingham is a progressive city of approximately 75,000, hosts a University of 15,000 students, micro-breweries within walking distance, surrounded by beautiful Bellingham Bay and crowned by Mount Baker, a 10,000 foot dormant volcano, providing back-country adventure for those who enjoy hiking, backpacking, kayaking and camping. Bellingham is the Jewel of Washington State!
Located half way between the world-class cities of Seattle and Vancouver (Canada), only 25 minutes to the Canadian border, and 50 miles to downtown Vancouver and 75 miles to Seattle.
