We have already an exchange for the summer 2023 .Our home is a charming barn of 180m2 converted into a dwelling situated in the countryside in the green Périgord, 30km west of Périgueux and 10mn from the amenities at Ribérac. Our house is large and situated in a very quiet country setting, near a small village of 250 inhabitants. It can easily accommodate 6 or even 7 people. 4 bedrooms: 1 double bed 140 with bath in the bedroom, 1 double bed 160, 1 bed 130. A single bed in a small room. It is equipped with all amenities, has a fireplace and a new heated salt water swimming pool of 11X3m. The functional dining kitchen is set in a large veranda which also includes a small sitting area. It communicates with a large living room of about 40 m2. There are two toilets, a bathroom and a shower room. There are two mezzanines: one with an office area, the other with a piano and a second TV and HIFI area.
The exterior has two terraces that can be used depending on the amount of sunlight, one with a view of the valley where deer, foxes and various birds can often be seen. The 1800 m2 grounds are partly flowered, partly lawned with a robot mower. A heated swimming pool of 11 X 3m is waiting for you...
Our cat Felix would be to keep and feed, he is very docile and loves cuddles.
