Nice house with a capacity of 8 people, with private garden. Quiet environment, in a town center, close to shops, 10 km from the beach and 40 km from Mont St Michel.
House located between Avranches and Granville, newly renovated, 130 m², bright, functional, adapted to the ground floor for people with reduced mobility, 4 rooms of 15 m² minimum, 2 bathrooms. House suitable for children and adolescents, board games, free wifi, television. The house is located in a very quiet area, not overlooked, in the village center, in front of a gym and near a playground for small children. The garden is enclosed 1300 m² with mowing robot, trampoline for children. 4 bicycles and rollers available and exchange of cars 7 places possible. The car is necessary.

The Bay of Vains Museum, allows you to discover the bay of Mont St Michel and its surprises, the sheep of the salt marsh, the salicornes, ...
