Mooie grote woning vlakbij centrum Gent.
Lovely spacious house, recently renovated and nicely decorated, in Ledeberg. Attractive city garden and patio, 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It's easy accessible by car, bus and train and on walking distance from the historical city centre. Nearby are some of Ghent's best bars, restaurants, and sights. Less than an hour drive (by car or public transport) from Brussels, Bruges, Antwerp, Belgian and Dutch coast (Zeeland).
We have a holiday house near Durbuy (Ardennes) which can be used simultaneously with the house in Ghent, or apart from the house in a simultaneous or non-simultaneous swap.
We have 5 bikes which can be used and car swap is possible.

Joost is general manager of a local, social economy enterprise. An is general manager of a community health centre in Ghent.
We both studied history at university. Joost did also social studies.We are both engaged in the social life of our neighborhood.
We like active vacations with our children spending time in historical, interesting cities for cultural excursions but we also like sportive activities in a natural environment like biking, walking (geocaching), swimming, kayak, ...
In our spare time Joost likes to read, to play a board game or to bike, An likes to read, to garden, to decorate the house.
We both like good food en cooking, to invite friends and familiy for a nice dinner or to play a board game with our children.
