A peaceful country house in southern Sweden with beautiful surroundings for hiking and cycling.

The house in Lillasäte has been ours for the last 28 years. Ten years ago we made a large extension up to 150 m2, to make it comfortable for year round living. People use to tell us that it is an exciting house. It has a big garden of 2300m2 and there are no other houses close to ours. The house has three bedrooms, one dining room with a fireplace and two living rooms, one with a fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped and also has a fireplace. There is a bathroom with shower, a bubble bath and also a washing machine and a tumbler. We also have wifi and a flatscreen smart TV.
There is a small kitchen garden where we grow vegetables for daily use and in the meadow to the south of the house Jan has two beehives.
In a separate building we keep the Ferguson veteran tractor and firewood for the winter.
There is also two good bikes, one with an electric motor that helps you climb the hills.

The house has several stairs and steps and it is therefore not suitable for disabled.

Our home is situated in the middle of a county called Skåne just about three kilometers from the village Höör, where you can find a variety of shops, all kind of services and a railway station. So even if you are in the countryside, it will only take you 70 minutes by a direct train from Höör to Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark.
But first you come to Lund, an old university town with the Minster from the 12th century.
