Come during Olympic Games 2024 / Top floor apartment with terrace 58 m2 MONTFERMEIL 14 km from Paris France and near Disneyland Resort

We live in Montfermeil (25 000 inhabitants), situated 20 minutes north/ east of Paris (13 kms / 8 miles), close to CDG and Orly Airports ( about 25 kms / 16 miles ) and also the Olympic stadiums.

Our fully equipped modern flat has the facility of a dish washer, washing mashine, oven, micro-wave, TV, a computer, and a 58 m2 Terrace.

We live on the top floor (third floor) : a living room, an american kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
Our large terrace is separated into 3 parts: dining table area, coffee table area, sunbathing area

We are looking for a fully equipped house or apartment.

Our housemaid will clean when you leave; we wish the same from your side

Our cat called Pacha will be happy to stay with you during your stay

There is a large network of public transport which reaches the center of Paris within 30 minutes.
(there is a bus stop right in front of the building)

Usually, a few weeks before the exchange, we like to have a virtual visio to discuss with our future lodgers about things like the bedding …..etc ….
