Hello, we've lived in this apartment over the last 20 years. It is located in a quiet neighborhood (Poblenou) near downtown Barcelona (rated in 2019 as the 20th most interesting neighborhood in the world by Time Out). It is only 4 minutes away from the Mediterranean sea and some of the best city beaches. Our home has everything you may need. It can sleep two people in the main bedroom, 2 more in the children's room, and you still have a living room with a sofa bed that sleeps two people, and a dining room/kitchen. You need to know it's a fourth floor without an elevator. You'll love the experience of getting strong legs! You can choose to stay in the neighborhood for local shopping, cafes, restaurants, walks down the "Ramba del Poblenou", down to the sea. We've travelled all over, and we have to say Poblenou is really a very nice place in the world. If interested in movies, theatre, architecture and/or nightlife, downtown Barcelona is 25 minutes by metro or 30 by bus. Poblenou is a child friendly neighborhood, with lots of parks, cafes with children's books and toys, and the beach.
We're interested in house exchanges during the Easter break, summer and Christmas periods.

Ce premier échange n'a pas pu être réalisé à cause de la pandémie. Il a eu lieu deux ans après.
Un super séjour à Barcelone dans un quartier très attractif. Des échanges faciles et sympathiques avec les amis intervac.
Roger und Anna waren fabelhafte Gastgeber, bzw. Tauschpartner. Alles könnte nicht besser laufen können.. Sowohl die Kommunikation, als auch die Wohnung und die Lage der Wohnung sind ausgezeichnet gewesen. Alles hat dazu geführt, dass dass wir bis jetzt miteinander im Kontakt sind und eine sehr schöne, ferne Freundschaft pflegen.

Hi,
We're Roger, Anna and we have two children Marcel (almost 7) and Tomàs (almost 4). We wish to keep travelling the world and we have used Intervac on several occasions. It's always been a wonderful experience. We have a cozy apartment in Barcelona and another one in the wine area El Priorat, Tarragona.
