Very large house in Rennes, Britanny, France
WE ARE OPENED TO ANY SUGGESTION FOR AN EXCHANGE in SUMMER 2024 (2 to 3 weeks).
We live in the city of Rennes, in the region of Bretagne, in western France.
We have 3 sons (17, 21 years old and a young adult who does not travel with us any more) and a daughter (12 years old). The city center can be reached in 10 minutes by bus or bike. Our house is suitable for large groups : we have 7 bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms ! Two families can easily live in the house. The garden is very quiet and suitable for both resting and kids games. We are also fond of book and music, with guitars, pianos and CD's.
Rennes in a middle size city in Western France. It has very nice old buidings, parks and churches. There are also nice art expositions. From the house you can chose any direction and drive or bike to very different places: beaches and seaside walkings (north, south and north-west), islands (south), charming old villages (north and west), forests (south-west), modern monuments (in Nantes, south) or exceptional visiting places (Mont Saint Michel, north-east and Carnac, south-west). You can also hike or bike in close forests or river-side. Paris is 1h25min away by TGV a 3.30 hours by driving. A nice opportunity for one or two days visit in the capital !
