Eresué, Spania

 We own a second home in the Valley of Benasque, one of the most famous centres of tourism and mountain sports in the sunny heart of the Spanish Pyrenees with many possibilities of trekking and walking in Regional and National Parks.(The highest peak of the chain, the Aneto, 3.400 mts. high, with its summer glacier, is only at 6-7 easy climbing hours from the end of the road Benasque-Besurta [15 kms.]). In a 50-100 Kms. circle (which includes France) the region also has an important number of romanic monuments: churches, abbeys, castles... and many typical villages. You can reach by highway beautiful French cities as Toulouse in less than two hours and a half. The house is situated in Eresué, a very quiet little hamlet which has no shops (but with 20 very nice and hospitable inhabitants and a beautiful XIIth century romanic church), 10 kms. from Benasque (the shopping village). It’s a 2 storey building (85 m2) with a 60 m2 enclosed garden. The house was built of ancient stone and completely restored by us 10 years ago, mixing pyrenean and today’s style. It has all the modern appliances as detailed in the description. On the first floor: an open plan lounge and kitchen; chimney. On the second floor:  one room with two bunk beds (90 cms.); one room with one double bed (135 cms); one room wit two beds and TV-DVD set ; one complete bathroom.
