House in Sætre, Norway

We would like to exchange with everyone that will take good care of our house while exploring Norway, Oslo and it`s surroundings. We are open for suggestions. The only specific plans we have at this point is a wish to visit Berlin the week before Christmas 2018. Long weekends visits during autumn are we also interested in.

We have a two storey wooden house. The forest is just outside the door as our house is placed on the edge of a residential area. We have a garden with a play castle and a big trampoline for the children. The terrace is in the sun from early afternoon to it goes down. On the front side of the house you can enjoy your morning coffe in the early sun. In summertime we live close by the sea with all its opportunities. In the winter we have cross country ski trails 100 meters from our doorstep.
Our guests are welcome to use our high-speed internet, well-equipped kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two bathrooms with showers, one with a jacuzzi.
In terms of beds, each of the children room have a bed that can be "pulled out" to be a double bed (with space for 2 persons), or the ekstra madrases can be put where ever our guest want to put them. The main bedroom has a double bed.
We have a Nissan Leaf, that is an electric care, that those we exchange with are welcome to use. The range is about 100 km in summertime. The range is less in winter because of increased resistance and use of heating/air conditioning. In other words, you can drive t/r Oslo in summertime if you drive "cheap". If you charge the car while sightseeing in Oslo, you will have noe problem getting back home. Toralf is very experienced using this car and he can help you with instructions
and tips about apps that will show you where you can park and charge etc.
