We would love to welcome you in our home in Esbjerg. Esbjerg is a young city on the west coast of Jutland known for its beautiful surroundings. Just north of Esbjerg you have long sandy beaches and the waves of the North Sea. South of Esbjerg you have the Wadden Sea with its diverse and rich nature and also the oldest town in Denmark, Ribe. Legoland is within a one hour drive from our home.
Our house is situated in a nice neighbourhood of family houses on the outskirts of Esbjerg. It is surrounded by a small garden and a terrace. It is our home. A place to relax and enjoy family time.
At ground floor we have a master bedroom with a king size bed and two rooms with a single bed. In the basement we have two bedrooms with queen size beds. There's a bathroom at ground floor and in the basement there's a second toilet plus a shower in the utility room.
We have a two televisions, playstation 4 and 5, wireless internet connection, dish washer, washing machine and dryer.

About the neighborhood
We live in Kvaglund, a quiet residential area in Esbjerg, Western Denmark. Esbjerg is a vibrant city with good shopping, restaurants, and cultural experiences such as the concert hall and art museum. Just a short drive away you’ll find the North Sea with its wide sandy beaches, perfect for swimming, long walks, or simply enjoying the fresh sea air. The unique Wadden Sea National Park – a UNESCO World Heritage Site – is also close by and offers unforgettable nature experiences with birdlife and seal safaris.
The historic town of Ribe, Denmark’s oldest city, is only 30 minutes away, with its charming cobblestone streets and cathedral. Families with children will also enjoy day trips to LEGOLAND and LEGO House in Billund, which can be reached in about an hour. Other attractions nearby include the Fisheries and Maritime Museum in Esbjerg, Blåvand Zoo, and Tirpitz Museum – a spectacular bunker museum by the coast.
Denmark is a small country, which means that within two hours you can reach Aarhus – known for its lively cultural scene, the ARoS Art Museum, and the charming Latin Quarter – or Odense, the birthplace of Hans Christian Andersen with many attractions dedicated to his life and fairy tales. In just three hours you can be in Copenhagen, the capital city, famous for Tivoli Gardens, Nyhavn, and the royal palaces.

We are Hjalte (from 2008), Jens Jakob (from 2006), Jens Jørgen and Margrethe. Hjalte and Jens Jakob are both in high school. They love to spend time with their friends and are both interested in sports and music. Jens Jørgen works as a business consultant at a job center, where he helps people on sick leave return to work and Margrethe is head of a study department at a university college. In our spare time we enjoy activities with our boys, spending time with family and friends and volunteering in our church.
