House in Kävlinge, Sweden

We built our house in 2005. It’s a wooden villa in 2 floors. At the first floor we have the entrance and an open kitchen/living room. Of course there is dishwasher and microwave.
The bathroom has a shower, the laundryroom with washingmachine and a dryer, but in the summer we most of the time hang are cloth in the garden. There is also a TV room with a bed sofa, wich is  nice to sleep in, and if necessary 2 people can sleep together (120 cm). We have DVD, Wii, PS2 and in fact a old VHS.
In the 2 floor there are 3 bedrooms, in the boy room there is a juniorbed. The master bed room is combinated with a small home-office area. You can use our stationary computer and there is wireless and free internet in the house.

Kävlinge is a small village with about 10 000 inhabitants, situated in a rural area, but still close to some larger cities.
From our house it takes 15 minutes to walk to the train station. From there the train will take you in 10 min to the old town Lund, 20 min to Malmö and 60 min to Copenhagen, Denmark, if you take the southbound train. If you go north, you will come the the coastal cities Landskrona and Helsingborg in 15 or 30 minutes.

Kävlinge is therefor the perfekt place if you like takning daytrips.
Louisiana art museum i Denmark. The coastal city Helsingborg with for exampel  Fredrikdals museum. In Landskrona you can take the boat to Ven, a beutiful island in Öresund.
We like to hike in the forest, for example, the Söderåsen national park. Do you want to be really close to a moose, a trip to Skånes djurpark is perfect.
Österlen, in the southeast corner of our landscape, is often called the Provence of Sweden, well worth a daytrip by car.

We have collected more interesting things to do in a map for you!
