Dear intervac-friends!
we are open to any suggestions you may offer. And we love places that offer the possibility of swimming.
In summer 2023 we will travel with two of our kids (Lilli19 and Vi 17 years old).

Our kids and ourselves do our very best to treat your house and belongings respectfully and leave our own house in the best condition possible for you to enjoy your stay!

Placed on the East side of Köln/ Cologne, our house (170m2) has space enough for a big family. One large living room with a guestbed (80-160cm) and a kitchen with dining room in the ground floor lead to the garden (about 400 sq.m) with some old trees with shady places, a swing,a little sandpit, a ping pong table and a tree house for children and adults.

On the first floor you'll find the bathroom and three rooms: One bigger parents-room with a kingsize bed (200x220 cm) and a big terrace, the sunny hot spot of the house.Then two smaller children-rooms with single-beds (90cm) that you may aggrandise with an extra matress. In the attic floor there is a bigger room with a french bed (140cm), TV and a seperat toilet. In the basemant you'll find the laundry and an additional bedroom without daylight but with another double-bed (180cm), a sauna and a shower.
We are a family of five. Jürgen 59 years and Hanna 56 years, Lilian 18 years and Valentin 16 years. Our eldest son Jonas has already moved in his own flat. Our cat Lika loves to live outside most of the time, esp. in summer.
We parents are both working at a theatre in Cologne that puts the main focus on children. We love to live here a litte bit outside the centre of Cologne, because it's not that loud and busy. But we are very well connected to the city with public transport. Very often, we welcome language students from all over the world in our house.
