Penthouse in Reykjavík center, Iceland
We live in the city center.
The neighborhood has everything you need - shops, cafes, bars, museums, public swimming pool etc. We even have a cinema next door.
We are also in walking distance from restaurants, museums, the harbor and shops.
Our house has four floors, eyewear and a body shop on ground level, and two other apartments on second and third floor. Our apartment is on the third and fourth floor.
There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a sleeping loft. There is a living room with a piano and a balcony. Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and a drier. Dining area and a study. There is one bathroom with a shower.
The building is equipped with a warehouse lift, the oldest one in Iceland. It rides from the storage room at first level and directly into the apartment. Useful for transporting luggage but slow.
