We are looking for an exchange in the Paris area from around 9th of July 2026. Other areas of France are also interesting during the same dates.

Our home is a modern, three-storey townhouse built in 2012, offering 162 square metres of living space. It includes a small garden, a spacious rooftop terrace, and everything a family with children might need – from toys to baby essentials.
We’re located in a quiet, residential area, just 200 metres from the nearest tram stop, and only 4 km from the city centre – a quick 15-minute ride by tram or bike. The beautiful Delsjö Nature Reserve is just 1 km away, offering lakes, woodlands, jogging paths, and hiking trails. A larger lake for swimming is 2 km away.

About the neighborhood
Our street is a small street with mainly villas. 200 metres from the house is a tram stop (Munkebäcksgatan) taking you to the city centre in 15 minutes. Walking distance is about 5 km and takes 50 minutes. At the tram stop there is a small food store, and a restaurant.
The house is surrounded by villas built in the 1930's. It is a quiet area and one of the most popular in Gothenburg. If you are interested in sporting, running, fishing, swimming etc there is a huge recreation area 1 km east of our house. Perfect to take a walk to the nearby lakes for a swim or start the morning with a run in the forest.
Here you can have it all. You are close to nature and close to the city at the same time.

We are a family of four. Thomas is 53 years old and is working as a teacher. Cecilia is 49 years old and is a lawyer. We have to boys, 12 and 11 years old, so our home is very suitable for a family with children. We also have a dog, an American cocker spaniel. If possible we would be happy to bring him on our holiday.
We love to travel, all kind of sport activities such as football, tennis, padel, spend time together and spend time with friends. We are both born and raised close to Gothenburg and can give you a lot of useful information about what to see and what to do.
We have now made 17 very succesful exchanges and are very pleased to have seen so many different places and countries.
