Downtown Reykjavik Apartment
The apartment is very spacious at 205 square meters or 2200 square feet.
Only 5 min walk to the main bus terminal and the main shopping/dining street Laugavegur.
Also a 5 minutes walk to a renovated swimming pool that has indoor and outdoor swimming, sauna and hot tubs.
There is free parking in front of the apartment.
Fully furnished living area. The kitchen is well-equipped and the apartment has a large living room with a fireplace.
The apartment is very spacious and should be comfortable for up to 11 people.
The 2 singles beds in one of the bedrooms can be used as a Queen bed if people wish and vice versa one of the Queen size beds can be split into 2 singles (just let me know in advance)
There are 2 bathrooms. In the bigger one there is a hot tub and 2 showers and a toilet and in the smaller one just a toilet and sink.
High speed internet and a good selection of TV channels.
The apartment has large and bright open kitchen and living room with fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 3 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room. So it comfortably sleeps 10 people if you use the sofa bed.
