Townhouse in the center of Stockholm

A three bedroom (96m2) townhouse in the center of Stockholm. A four minute walk from the Central Station and Arlanda Express and even closer to the subway central.
The area was built 2003 on top of an existing building. This on-the-roof community consists of a fifty townhouse appartments. Kids are playing freely in the common spaces between the houses and in the summer people barbeque and hang around outside, giving the area a warm and family friendly feeling.
The appartment is a three bedroom appartment in two levels. There are two bathrooms with showers, tub and washing machine. There is a balcony upstairs and a patio downstairs with a grill. The appartment has a separate entry and there is an exit from the "teenager room" to the patio. Wifi, Apple TV and Netflix are available.
The best thing about this neighborhood however, is the complete calm right in the middle of the bustling city. Take the elevator down and find yourself in a completely different world. Shopping within 30 seconds and a major grocery store just across the street.
Most of the major tourist attractions of Stockholm are within a comfortable walking distance. E.g. the Royal Castle, the parliament and the old town, as are Djurgården with the Wasa and Abba museums.

About Our Family

A family of four living in a calm little "village" on the roof of one of Stockholm's most central buildings. We enjoy waking up to the sounds of kids playing. Then we may take the elevator down to have a coffee, and suddenly we find ourselves right in the middle of Stockholm. Loads of people everywere. We completely love the paradox. Our nine year old loves having friends to play with up here, and there is always a kick-bike or a skateboard laying about that we can borrow for a quick spin around up here on the roof.

Lifestyle

Stockholm is probably the best major city in the world to run in. As an avid marathoner that is important to me. There are nice paths along the water just everywhere. I do 20 mile runs where 18 miles are small paths although I start right in the middle of the city.
The city is also littered with parks, each containing a playground with staff. That makes Stockholm a great vacation site for families with kids 3-7 years old.
