Nice quiet flat with terace on the top floor in the urban 7th district

We are living in Vienna very closed to the city center. The flat is located centrally in the 7th district, called Neubau which has several offerings within walking distance, from shopping on Mariahilfer Straße and Neubaugasse up to classic sights such as the National Theatre, the Museum Quarter, the Theater in der Josefstadt, the Hofimmobiliendepot, the Kosmos Theater and the Amerlinghaus up to “village in the city”, the Spittelberg with its well-preserved historic buildings and idyllic spots.

In just 2 minutes you can reach the nearest bus stop or tram, in just 10 minutes one of the main metro stations Volkstheater with U2 and U3. The Mariahilfer Straße, the largest shopping area in Vienna, can be also reached in 10 minutes by foot. One of the oldest organic shops in Vienna with breakfast and vegetarian lunch just 5 to 10 minutes away.

Nice and famous international restaurants are so close to our home (vietnamese, italien, indian, moroccan kitchen).

Althoug we are living very central, our apartment is really very quiet.
Only 200 meters away are large supermarkets.

You get into the city center Stephansplatz with tram and metro within 15 minutes or you can walk 20 minutes.

Some of the sights like the parlament, city hall, theaters and museums you can reach in 10 minutes wakling distance, for example: http://www.mqw.at/ there you can find museums, differents restaurants and cafes, in summer you can sit outside, music festivals....or http://www.volkstheater.at/

Vienna is a very interesting city:http://www.wien.gv.at/tourismus/index.html. You can find theatres, cinemas, musicfestivals, museums, an imperial castle and a zoo. At the same time you can find lots of places to relax (next to the danube or in one of the green parks, nice restaurantes or coffeehouses)
Vienna is also good to travel with children. You will find interesting offers especially for children in the museums, theatres and parks. www.wienextra.at

After exploring the city our terrace is the perfect place to rest!

The house has got an elevator, a storage for bicycles and we have also space for prams outside our flat.

If you want to explore more parts of Austria you can also use the train. The railwaynetwork in Austria is well developed and you can reach many interesting places.
Our apartment is located in the 7th district called Neubau. It´s on the top floor. You enter the flat and you are in the living room and kitchen. On this floor you also find the toilet. When you go downstairs theire is a big bedroom and the bathroom (with shower). Upstairs you find a nice terrace.

It´s possible that one person sleep in the living room and we also have an aditional mattress. As we have a little child theire is also a crib and a changing table.
