Modern detached home near Limerick.
Our home is situated in the countryside, close to Glenstal Abbey, in the small village of Murroe. It is a three bedroom two storey house, with three bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and sunroom. The immediate neighbourhood offers views of the rural countryside . It is the perfect location for those interested in hill walking and outdoor activities. Our local village has a small supermarket,petrol station,bar and a takeaway restaurant.Within 15 minutes you can be in Limerick city which allthe amenities of a city,including supermarkets,restaurants and lots of cultural sites.We are 10 minutes drive from the M7 motorway, allowing easy access to many tourist attractions in the region. We are also only 20 minutes drive from Limerick city and 40 minutes drive from Shannon Airport. We also own a holiday home in Dingle, Co. Kerry which is also available for exchange outside of June, July and August.
This house is also available for non simultaneous exchange.

Killarney, Cork City , Kilkenny and Galway can be reached within 90 minutes, as our home is located just off the M7 motorway. Dublin is just over 2 hours drive.
