We offer our very bright, modern city apartment (90 sqm/living room/3 bedrooms/ kitchen/bathroom/two balconies/garden) in a nice residential area with mansions from the Romantic period for exchange. Our Modern Style house was built in 1929 and is located in walking distance to beautiful parks and nice cafes which combines peacefulness together with the liveliness of the city. Frankfurt’s city centre with its manifold museums can be reached by bicycle within 5 minutes. Airport and train station can be easily reached by public transport. For individualists as well as for families Frankfurt offers cultural life and trips into the countryside: to Heidelberg (1h/ car or train), to the Taunus uplands (for hiking and for sledding and cross-country skiing in the winter), to the wine-growing region Rheingau, the Rhine Valley (30 min/car), the Odenwald forest and to the cities of Wiesbaden, Mainz (30-60 min/car ) or Cologne (1h/train/2h/car ). Optionally we could also offer a small city apartment in Vienna for your vacation.

Sie erwartet eine ca. 90 qm große, sehr helle, modern eingerichtete Stadtwohnung mit 4 Zimmern, Küche, Bad und zwei Balkonen in einem schönen Frankfurter Villenviertel aus der Zeit der Romantik. Das Haus in dem sich die Wohnung befindet stammt aus der Moderne (1929), schöne Parks mit Cafes sind fußläufig, die Innenstadt mit ihren vielen Museen ist mit dem Fahrrad in 5 min zu erreichen. Flughafen und Bahnhof sind mit öffentlichem Nahverkehr zu erreichen. Frankfurt bietet viele Kultur- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten für Indivudualreisende genauso wie für Familien: nach Heidelberg (1h mit dem Auto oder Bahn), Taunus, Weinanbaugebiet Rheingau, Rheintal (30 min mit dem Auto), Odenwald, Wiesbaden, Mainz (30-60 min) oder auch Köln ( 1h mit der Bahn/2h mit dem Auto). Optional könnten wir zusätzlich eine kleine Stadtwohnung in Wien für ihren Urlaub anbieten.
