Agréable condo au coeur de la belle ville de Québec / Cozy condo in beautiful Quebec City
Nous avons fait 4 beaux échanges jusqu'à maintenant. Vous êtes les bienvenus dans notre appartement. Ce dernier est très bien situé pour profiter des nombreuses attractions de Québec reconnue comme l’une des plus belles villes en Amérique du nord, tant en été qu’en hiver. Notre appartement confortable avec toutes les commodités se trouve dans un immeuble bien tenu au cœur d’un quartier recherché. Il est situé au 6e étage et possède un balcon de 12 mètres carrés, un stationnement souterrain et est pourvue d'une terrasse au 22e étage, d'une piscine intérieure et d'une salle d'entrainement.
Pour des séjours non-simultanés nous pouvons séjourner dans un autre enroit pendant votre visite à Québec.
Nous pouvons aussi échanger notre véhicule (Toyota RAV 4) afin de vous permettre d’explorer les environs de Québec et les régions avoisinantes.

We have made 4 very nice exchanges. You are welcome in our apartment, very well located, to enjoy the many attractions of Quebec, one of the most beautiful cities in North America, in summer and in winter. Our comfortable apartment is located in a well-kept building in the heart of a very nice area. Located on the 6th floor, it has a balcony, a terrace on the 22nd floor, a indoor pool, a gym and an indoor parking.
For non-simultaneous exchange we can stay elsewhere during your stay in Quebec.
We can also exchange our vehicle (Toyota RAV 4) to allow you to explore the surrounding areas.

Lo scambio a Quebec City è stato fantastico. Stephane e Marie-Claude ci hanno accolto con entusiasmo, fornendoci ottimi consigli per esplorare la città e la regione. L'appartamento è fornito di ogni comfort e si trova in una zona bella e centrale della città, con facile accesso al centro storico, a parchi e ristoranti. Scambiare casa con Stephane e Marie-Claude è consigliatissimo.
Wir haben unsere netten Tauschpartner bei der Schlüsselübergabe persönlich kennengelernt und dann auch WhatsApp-Kontakt gehabt. Der Tausch hat bestens funktioniert. Die Wohnung war bei abwechselndem Wetter ein wunderbares Refugium. Mit unserem Mietwagen sind wir auch schon von Quebec aus in Nationalparks gefahren, haben aber auch die Stadt genossen. Der Spaziergang über die plaine d'Abraham war jeden Tag wieder schön. Den Tausch können wir wirklich empfehlen! GABRIELE und CHRISTIAN

Nous sommes un couple de nouveaux retraités ayant déjà fait de très agréables échanges de maison par le passé (avec un autre organisme), et désireux d’en faire de nombreux autres dans les années à venir. Nous sommes ouverts à différentes destinations et périodes de l’année, ainsi que des échanges simultanés ou non (possédant un autre endroit où nous loger).
La règlementation de l'immeuble interdit les animaux domestiques.

We have just retired and have had very pleasant home exchanges in the past (with an other company), and we want to do many more in the coming years. We are open to different destinations and times of the year, as well as simultaneous or non-simultaneous exchanges (having another place to stay).
