A family house in the heart of Provence near Aix en Provence
Pertuis is an authentic little city located in the heart of Provence between the Mediterranean Sea and the Southern Alps. It is the ideal starting point to visit the Luberon region, its typical villages and beautiful landscapes of vineyards and lavender, while being only 20 minutes by car from Aix en Provence, 45 minutes from Marseille and 1 hour from Avignon city of the Popes. You will experience the local markets, the Provencal cuisine, the historical heritage of our region and the many music and theatre festivals during the summer season. Our region offers many opportunities for hiking, biking and water sports.
Our family house is located in a residential area of Pertuis, next to the tennis club and public swimming pool. Our house is approximately 130 sqm.
On the ground floor, there is the open kitchen and the living room which opens directly onto our garden ; music studio ; bathroom with shower tub and toilet.
On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with bed 160X200, 2 others with bed 140x190, 1 bedroom with single bed 90x190), one spare room, one bathroom, access to a balcony overlooking the garden.
The garden is shaded by olive trees and many Mediterranean plants, with a small ornamental pond with few fishes. We cultivate a small vegetable garden during the summer. Car exchange is possible.
NB : We welcome young children, but please note that there are no safety barriers in the stairs.

We live in a residential area of Pertuis with quiet neighborhood.The city center is easily accessible (10mns walk from our house) with all services and shops, few restaurants, cinema, multimedia library, the theater.... The local market is on Friday morning every week. The tennis club is very closed to our house. Walks or biking in the nearby countryside and forest is also very easy. The public swimming pool is 5 mns walk from our house.

Destaco la información turística que nos ofrecieron, muy completa, sobre todas las diferentes zonas próximas a su domicilio, de tipo turístico, con folletos, y muchas recomendaciones de lugares para visitar y también comercios típicos o buenos sitios para comer. También muy buena las instrucciones de la casa y las recomendaciones de comercios y lugares de su ciudad. La casa es muy bonita y acogedora, incluso mejor de lo que reflejan las fotos. Está muy cuidada. Y es muy grande.Está decorada con mucho gusto, combinando modernidad con muebles antiguos.Ha sido una estancia muy agradable.
