A pretty old renovated farmhouse in Brittany, by the sea
Our house is an old stone farmhouse, over 200 years old.
We are renovating it with pleasure and preserving its authenticity: 2 old fireplaces, the original wooden flooring, the beams and the visible framework.
On the ground floor: a large living room (45m2) with a wood stove; a bedroom which is not renovated yet, with a double bed and a shower; another room for sport activities ( elliptical trainer, pull up bar...) which could be used as another bedroom with mattresses if you need it.
In a small extension: the laundry room and toilet.
The first floor was created in 2019: three double bedrooms with pretty wooden beams. The master bedroom is equiped with a king size bed and a bathroom.
You would enjoy sun ( if you are lucky :-) in front of the house and use garden furnitures: barbecue, deckchairs, hammock, trampoline, basketball hoop, football goal...
We live in a relatively quiet area in Saint-Brieuc, surrounded mainly by individual houses. A discount shop called "Noz" is located by the other side of the street.
We hope you will feel relaxed in our charming home.

Our house is an old renovated farmhouse located in a residential area, 5 minutes driving or 20 minutes walking from the city center. It is possible to take the bus in our street and do shopping nearby (store, bakeries). You can stroll along the surrounding paths or in a woodland with a few play structures for children. The nearest beach is 10 minutes away by car and the port of Le Légué is 5 minutes away, where it's pleasant to have a drink on the terrace and enjoy britain food in a good restaurant. You can also go hiking on the GR34 trail. Saint-Brieuc is located in the midle of the Côtes d'Armor department. There are many amazing places you could visit in the surrounding area: port de Binic, sables d'or, Cap fréhel et Erquy, Côte de granit rose ( Tregastel, Ploumanach, Perros-Guirec...), Paimpol, lIe de Brehat, Dinan, vallée des saints, lac de Guerledan et abbaye de bon repos... and St Malo, Mont St Michel, Rennes.
