A bright and spacious apartment in the very Parisian Batignolles neighborhood
86 m² apartment in the 17th arrondissement, in a lively neighborhood highly appreciated by Parisians for its many shops, covered market, restaurants, and excellent public transport connections (train, bus, metro). Direct metro access (Line 14) to Orly Airport in about 40 minutes.
Montmartre is a 15-minute walk away. Champs-Élysées: 15 minutes by direct bus. Châtelet (Les Halles, Notre-Dame, the Louvre…) is 15 minutes away by direct metro. Grand Magasins and Opéra are just 10 minutes away by metro.
The apartment is located in a courtyard, with no outside noise. It is on the fourth and top floor of the building. With windows on both sides, it is very bright and was fully renovated a few years ago.
It includes two bedrooms: one with a 160x200 cm bed and another with a single 90x190 cm bed.

A lively neighborhood with many food shops, a covered market and restaurants serving great French cuisine.
There is a large park just 200 meters from the apartment, perfect for picnicking on the grass.
All Paris attractions are easily accessible by public transport, and Montmartre with the Sacré-Cœur is even within walking distance.

Beskrivningen överensstämmer med verkligheten! Maud var en perfekt bytespartner som hjälpte till med tips om närområdet. Hon hade gjort en bra beskrivning av praktiska saker i hemmet. Hon var enkel att nå och ha att göra med. Vi rekommenderar henne varmt till de som får chansen. Det var första gången för oss båda, hon uppfyllde allt man kan tänka sig. Området i Paris är dessutom fantastiskt. Vi valde att i stort sett bara vara i 17e hela vistelsen.

I travel alone with my too kids
We love discovering new cities, visit museum and monuments.
We enjoy spending time on the beach or in a park between two visits.
We are used to wake up quite early, and go to bed early as well.
No TV at home, we prefer books. We love sportive outdoor activities and picnic.
