A large, bright flat in Tuscany

Our house is located in Pontedera, a small town in the province of Pisa, a strategic place to get around Tuscany, whether by car or train. From Pontedera you can easily reach the beautiful art cities of Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, San Gimignano and Siena. In a short time you are also on the coast. Moreover, for lovers of the countryside, the surroundings of Pontedera offer various routes and in about an hour you reach Chiantishire.
Pontedera is a dynamic town, known for Piaggio, the factory that produced the famous scooter “Vespa” to which an interesting museum is dedicated. Our house is located in a quiet residential area, a 10-minute walk from the town centre, where you can find various opportunities for shopping and relaxation. It is a spacious and bright flat that can accommodate 5+1 people, located on the first floor of a detached two-family house. It is equipped with air conditioning and wifi. On the ground floor there is a large portico equipped with table and chairs, a laundry room and a small green courtyard.
Pisa airport is 21 km away and the train station (Florence-Pisa line) is 800 metres from the house.
