Staying in our home offer you the possibility to go quickly to the beaches , to enjoy all the beautiful landscapes and outdoors activities from Suisse Normande ( Switzerland Alps) and of course to use our heated swimming pool !

About the house :
Built in 1840, the house is very confortable and luminous. It is 240 m2 on 2 levels.
On ground-level you have: kitchen, tv room, dining room, piano, a shower.
On the 1st floor you have : 4 bedrooms and a bathroom (shower + bath). The parents bedroom has a big double bed, Maeva's bedroom has two simple beds, Samuel's bedroom has a ladder double bed and the guest bedroom has a double bed.
Fully fitted : dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, micro-wave, dryer, electric oven, coffee machine, TV (with Netflix, Youtube..), WIFI, BBQ ...

Under the roof : big attic with tennis table .
The swimming pool is 10 x 4 m, with a pool enclosure and heated (around 29-30 degrees).
The park, 12.000 meter square, is plenty of old and big trees giving a good shadow and ideal for children to play hide-and-seek !! There is also a pond with little fishes.
We have 3 bikes at your disposal.
 
About the surroundings :
We are at the entrance of a village called ESPINS (200 inhabitants). It is located at a 5 minutes car drive from Thury-Harcourt (2000 inhabitants ) where you will find all facilities: shopq, supermarkets, tourist office, post office, restaurants...
The area where we live is called : SUISSE NORMANDE www.suisse-normande.com.
There , between 5 and 15 minutes driving , you could do canooing, summersledge, viaferrata , splendid hikes , have a good meal at a "guinguette" on the river...

20-25 minutes driving : CAEN city center (200.000 inhabitants). www.caen-tourisme.fr
20 minutes : FALAISE with castle where Guillaume Le Conquerant is born

35 minutes : beaches ( Ouistreham, Lyon sur Mer, St Aubin ..), and LANDING beaches at 2nd world war ( Sword, Juno,Gold ,Omaha, Utah Beach )
60 minutes : DEAUVILLE, HONFLEUR
120 minutes LE MONT ST MICHEL ( Unesco heritate )
120 minutes PARIS
