Bourges European Capital of Culture in 2028
The house is situated in BOURGES, 2 hours south of Paris. It's a medieval town, with a famous cathedral, not far from the Loire castles.
The region is also the heart of France Vineyard (Sancerre, Menetou Salon....)
The house is located in a quiet area. There is a small garden and a terrace just near the kitchen, where you can take your meals in summer.
Behind the house, you can have a walk or ride with the bikes along the "Berry waterway".
At 5 minutes walk you have a supermarket, a baker, a butcher, the post office, banks, a hairdresser, ...
At 5 minutes by car you have more supermarkets and more shops.

My name's Jean-Marc, 64 years old, I'm a teacher in primary school. My 2 sons, Remi and Adrien are both adults now (27 and 30 years old) and are off travelling the world themselves. Occasionally, they come with me.
This year, the exchange will take place without my wife, Beatrice, who died one year ago...
