The beach, seen from our house is 2 kilometers away and are one of the best in the area. Parking is easy!

Wonderful wiew, cozy modernized one bedroom house.

Welcome to spectacular views in Zealand's highest situated village, to a house full of "HYGGE".

I offer a wonderful house in the small village of Høve (Hoeve), near Asnæs (Asnaes), with views over the bay of Sejerø in Kattegat, green fields and the beach and woods in sight. For infomation on the area please check: https://www.visitodsherred.dk/

The view lets you experience the horses in the fields across the road, the predator birds hunting in the open fields and the tranquility of birds singing in the treetops. See the sun glittering in the water while relaxing on the deck, or take a stroll in the hills around us, protected by UNESCO for it's uniqueness. http://www.visitodsherred.com/ln-int/unesco-global-geopark-odsherred-gdk933362

My house is cozy, Scandinavian style, with an open plan living room, new kitchen and bathroom and one bedroom and a sofa in the livingroom, all though the house is fairly small (75m2/850 ft2) it is fully modernized. I have a TV ready for streamiing,, anb high speed internet.
Lovely closed yard, lounge chairs and trees and flowers. and a large deck with a large BBQ, to enjoy the bay view.

The dog Vega is a part of the household and travels with me.

Swimming in the bay is just down hill, 6 minutes down hill, a few mintes by car. Same distance to enjoyable woods.

60 min by car/train to Copenhagen.
The town, Asnaes is 3 kilometers away, where a small shoppingcentre, grocery shops and museums are located.
Vig (huge market every Saturday, with antiques, fleamarket and food. Nykoebing Sjaelland is picturesque, shopping and Rørvig is yet touristy also worth a visit. Ferry to Aarhus is close by.
Holbæk is the larger city nearby, a very old town, The largest town in North Western Zealand offer a wide range of retailers, shopping chains and farm shops. The intimate shopping streets in central Holbæk create a perfect basis for shopping days with family or friends. Also there are some excellent restaurants.
