A spacious flat near Barcelona and the beach.

Our home it's a 100m2 flat in the center of Igualada, an old town originated in the 11th century, with narrow and irregular streets, including the remains of a fortressand ramparts, plus a new surrounding town with regular and spacious streets and many fine houses: http://igualada.cat/cat/Igualada-La-Ciutat

Just at 5 minutes, you can find the public swimming pool.

Igualada is located, by public transport (bus), just an hour from Barcelona. By car, at just 50 minutes from the city center. Its situation makes is perfect to visit Barcelona and it's surroundings.

Near Igualada, you can find:
- Montserrat mountains and convent (20' minutes by car)
- the Penedès vineyards (30')
- the beach (40')
- Andorra (1,30h)
