Cosy and spacious flat in Seville (Spain) close to the city center.

WE ARE INTERESTED IN EXCHANGES , SPRING & SUMMER 2014 AND WEEKENDS . Welcome to our home! Our apartment is located in a nice and cheerful environment with recreational areas and park, close to the city center (20 minutes walking to Giralda) and 7 minutes (walking) to the nearest subway station, which brings you quickly to everywhere. Nearby you can findshops, playgrounds, areas of pubs, restaurants, shopping centers, cinemas, supermarkets, banks and the Water park "Isla Mágica" (open only in spring and summer season and close to the apartment), Our quiet neighborhood is a wonderful place to relax after a busy day visiting the city.
We have all modern amenities including computer, internet, etc.

Seville, situated on the banks of the Guadalquivir River, has a rich Moorish heritage, and used to be a prosperous port that carried out trade with the Americas. The streets and squares in the historic quarter of the capital of Andalusia are lively and busy. They treasure many constructions that have the World Heritage designation, and many districts are full of traditional culture, like Triana and La Macarena. Museums and art centres, theme parks, cinemas, theatres and clubs are some of the many leisure options that a great city like Seville holds. Without forgetting, of course, the numerous terraces, inns and bars where visitors can practise one of the most deeply-rooted and tasty traditions in the city: "Going out for tapas" . There are only 90 kms. to the beach (c. 1 hour by car), 80 kms. to Doñana Nature Reserve (where you can find wildlife), 150 kms to Cordoba and 250 to Granada, where you can find The Alhambra, the most fascinating Arabian palace in the world.

Patricia and I (Pablo) are Lawyer and economist. We have one daughter Paula (3 year old). We have done two exchanges before. We enjoy traveling around the world with our daughter.
Our home is available at spring and summer time above all. Do not hesitate to contact us in order to help you to organize your travel to Andalusia: it will be a pleasure for us.

Our Neighbourhood

Situated on the banks of the Guadalquivir River, Seville has a rich Moorish heritage, and used to be a prosperous port that carried out trade with the Americas.
The streets and squares in the historic quarter of the capital of Andalusia are lively and busy. They treasure many constructions that have the World Heritage designation, and many districts are full of traditional culture, like Triana and La Macarena.
Seville is a prominent business and service centre in the south of Spain and has many hotels distributed all over the city which enable visitors to discover endless attractions. Museums and art centres, theme parks, cinemas, theatres and clubs are some of the many leisure options that a great city like Seville holds. Without forgetting, of course, the numerous terraces, inns and bars where visitors can practise one of the most deeply-rooted and tasty traditions in the city: "Going out for tapas".
The visitor will also discover the immense natural wealth of this region, which sits halfway between two continents, in natural treasures such as the Doñana Nature Reserve, declared a World Heritage Site and Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, and the Sierra Norte Nature Reserve. They will be the ideal setting for practising outdoor sports, including hiking, horse riding, and cycling routes. If, on the other hand, golf is your sport of choice, then you will be glad to know that Seville has four excellent golf courses in its vicinity
