House in NANTES, France
We have a large 250 sqm-house, renovated in 2011, with a nice garden (1200M2) facing the river Erdre, in a very quiet area. Close to "les marais de l'Erdre" a protected area for wildlife (label "Natura 2000").
Children can play safely.
During summer we often eat outside (barbecue).
You can use our outdoor table tennis and bikes (4 adult size).
The house is comfortable and quiet.
There are 5 large bedrooms ;2 bedrooms with a 160/200 bed.
There are 4 bathrooms.(3 with a shower;1 with a bathtub and a shower)
Free high-speed internet access and free phone to foreign countries (except cellphones).
We have got a cat which is nice even with unfamiliar people.

This is the very close neighbourhood of our home along the river Erdre ("the nicest river of France" according to King of France François I)
Nantes was the former capital of Brittany; it is now a very pleasant city. In 2004, Time Magazine named Nantes ‘the most liveable city in Europe’ and in 2013 it has hold the title of European Green Capital (on the initiative of the european commission).
Each summer an interesting and original festival of contemporary art takes place all along the city and the region : Le Voyage à Nantes (http://www.levoyageanantes.fr/en/).
Very good public transport network..
Seashore resorts on the Atlantic coast close to Nantes: Pornic (50 mn), La Baule one of the largest and nicest beach in Europe (45 mn), Vendée (1h) with very nice sandy beaches, sailing...
We are 1 hour from Angers, which is the beginning of the "Châteaux de la Loire" area.
Close to Loire vineyard with tasteful wines (www.vinsvaldeloire.fr/en_en/)
Daily high-frequency trains (TGV) to Paris: Paris is 2 hours from Nantes.
