One-story house in San Francisco, USA
The Glen Park neighborhood of San Francisco is one of the treasures of the city. It includes a variety of excellent restaurants, stores, a beautiful park with walking trails, tennis courts and is on the BART (metro) line to downtown San Francisco and the airport. There is a wonderful full-service grocery store and high-quality bakery within short walking distance of the house.
The neighborhood also has other excellent public transportation connections (streetcar and bus and metro).
Our house has 6 rooms, including a newly added music room/guest room, with a half-bath and a newly remodeled kitchen.
One important detail: Stephen is allergic to cats, making it impossible for us to exchange with a house that has had cats living in it.

We were very comfortable in San Francisco The house was in a good zone, in the same city, and with many commercial establishments. The location of the house allowed us to visit the places of interest in San Francisco and also some nearby California. They left our house in a perfect state as we tried to do for theirs. Steve is the former director of the San Francisco Community Music Center and has been retired for 10 years. He is a dedicated amateur pianist and flutist. Ellen is a semi-retired Spanish/English court interpreter, an art photographer (see website: www.ellenrosenthal.com) and an amateur jazz bassist.
