Pied à terre à Paris
We are offering our Parisian pied-à-terre for an exchange. We bought this apartment a year ago and have completely renovated it. It is located on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a building constructed in 1890. The living room is very bright and features a small, sunny balcony—perfect for a coffee or an evening drink. The small bedroom is separate from the living area and overlooks a quiet courtyard. The bathroom is compact but functional, and the kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, a two-burner stovetop, and a combination washer-dryer. It is a cozy apartment, ideal for exploring Paris.
