Located in oldest "estate" area of city, near consulates; most central location possible: 15 minutes from Hollywood hills, Beverly Hills, downtown LA; 25 minutes from beach; thriving local retail with many of city's best restaurants, food shops. Year-round vegetable, fruit and nut garden, on computerized irrigation and producing constantly for daily use. Cook's kitchen with family dining section. Contemporary appliances, plumbing, heating and cooling.
