Sunny Cityhouse in the South of Germany, Stuttgart (new fotos)

You will find our house (ca. 200 qm living area) In a very quiet dead end street in one of the attraktive parts of the town Stuttgart. Great terraces to the south and north side of the house join the living rooms in the groundfloor. Upstars in the first floor you have a great view from two balkonies. And in the second floor under the roof there is a very nice studio with a double bed and a bathroom waiting for you, also with a balkony. A small mediterranien garden will invide you to stay during the evening outside. In front of the house there is the entrance to the park of nature called >>Schwarzwildpark<<, a part of one of the greatest woodlandscapes of the region of Stuttgart.
In less than 10 min you go by walk to the inner city trafic station and from there by tram in 15 min to the midtown of Stuttgart or to the central station.
The best way to reach the Airport Stuttgart is by taxi in 20 min (ca. 30.- EUR). But you can also use the local public traffic.

At least a matter of importance:

Our well educated dog KIM (shiba inu) will accompany us on our holiday exchange.
Our lovely and shy tomcat Elliott needs a carefully hatching during our absence. The same service we offer to our homeexchange partners for your domestic animals.
Alternativly we could give Elliot to a friend, if you also want your dog to bring with you.
Well, we simply must talk about these specials.

We will be very glad for getting inspireing contacts.

Barbara and Jürgen
