House is located 50m from the beach at natural Cabo de Gata enclave
the house have two floors,in ground floor is living room a kitchen and bath room
in second floor ,3 bedroom and two bath room
a terraze on the top with nice viw and solarium .the house is just 50 mfrom the beach ,we have a kayac the sea is quite ,and the water is warm in sumer time ,you can diving ,there is fantastic deep to explore
because is a natural parck in the sea and land
also you can visit Granada ,is 3 houres by car
We also ofer our home in MADRID ,is situated 10 km from the city center ,we have comunity sweeming pool in a residential area wiith supermarket good restaurant and bus subway and train the house have two nivels. the fiirst one has 3 bed room
and two bath room a living room and kitchen at second nivel there are a loft with two beds and bath room
also a terrace
