apartment in the center of Playa de San Juan de Alicante
Dear Intervac Friends,
our holiday apartment is situated 2 minutes walk from the beautiful Playa San Juan in Alicante. The apartment has a large and a small bedroom, two bathroom, closet, living room with open kitchen and a large terrace 40 m2 with a beautiful view on Mediteranean sea. The apartment is equipped with all new furnitures, the kitchen is modern, there are fans in the two bedrooms. Fas internet connection is available. A swimming pool is ready to use on the property and there are some parking places. Our summer home is located close to main beach promanade with a lot of restaurants and nightlife. This beautiful surrounding is perfect also for jogging. There is a tram and bus stop just near by with access to the old town, Benidorm and Alicante airport.
We would like to exchange our summer home simultaneously or non-simulteneously during summer holidays in school, winter holidays in school as well as other known long weekends.
We are interested to visit ski areas in the winter as invite You to non-simulteneously exchange for next summer (June, July, August or September).

Alicante is a very famous city on the Costa Blanca Coast in Spain. It offers beautiful wide beaches, water sports, golf areas, lot of restaurans and night life. You can enjoy life on the beach or visit some beautiful places like: Castle of Santa Barbara, museums, old town Bario de Santa Cruz, mushrooms street (Calle de las Setas), Canelobre caves, promenade Explanda de Espana, corrida Plaza de Toros, trip by boat to near by island called Tabarca and many others.
In addition in the close surrounding of Alicante you can visit other amaizng places like:
Villajoyosa - beautiful beach with little color houses
Elche - impressive palm groves
Santa Pola - XVI century castle, sea museum and aquarium
Benidorm - nightlife and beautiful view on the tallest building on the coast (called "Little New York")
Peniscola - beautiful tourist town
safariaitana.es - especialy we recommend a private tour across the park
aquaparks and amusement parks.

Familepresentasjonstekst
We are four persons family. Lukasz and I (Donata) are working in civil engineering sector starting from desiging up to construction on place. We have two boys Hubert and Tobiasz. We love staying on the beach enjoying sun and baths in the sea, as well as do some biking, tennis playing or skiing in the winter.
