An apartment in Amsterdam 20 minutes from Dam square

Appartement on the first, second and third floor 20 minutes by tramway or bicycle from Dam square. Railway station on 8 minutes walk.
First floor: living and dining room, kitchen and toilet;
Second floor: master bedroom, study, bathroom, small room with washing machine and cabinets, second toilet;
Third floor: 'greenhouse' with couch which can be changed into a bed for two persons; two big doors give entrance to the terrace (sun from about 10 a.m. till sunset).
Quiet neighborhood; square with trees and flowers in front and gardens at the back.

Appartement op de 1st tot en met de 3de etage op 25 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam. Vlakbij NS-treinstation op 8 minuten lopen.
1ste verdieping 2 kamers ensuite met tussenschuifdeuren;
2de verdieping 2 grote kamers, waarvan 1 slaapkamer met 2-persoons-bed en 1 werkkamer met 1-persoonsbed, badkamer met douche en 2 wasbakken, verder kleine kamer met wasmachine en kleerkasten; tweede toilet;
3de verdieping dakkamer met terras op het westen, grote bank die uitgetrokken kan worden tot 2-persoons bed.
Rustige buurt met vrij uitzicht op plein aan de voorkant en tuinen van benedenburen aan de achterkant.

Our appartement is in a quiet neighbourhood and looks over a small park where people can sit.
A busstop is at a three minutes walk. The bus brings you to the Amstel Railway Station in about 10 minutes. From there you can take the underground downtown. Or you walk few minutes more to the tramway stop to go to the city center.
Nearby there are some nice restaurants annex places to have a coffee or drink.
If you come in winter it is possible to skate at the Jaap Eden ice-rink.
There are more parks and sport fields in the neighbourhood.

Familepresentasjonstekst
We are a married couple of 71 (man) and 72 (woman) and we have one son who is at the moment living with us as well his two children (girls) aged 17 and 9 very often. Me and my wife are on pension, and thus we have time for travels and short trips. Once a year, two weeks during summer school holiday, we want to go together with the girls.
Approximately 30 years ago we moved into the appartement we live in now. We made a stair to the roof and on the roof a room with in front a terrace where it is possibel to have breakfast or even dinner. When there is sun you will see it till sunset.
Livsstil
We like going out to music performances, theater and movies.
We have a piano in our appartement.
