Spacious and bright modern house with garden close to the sea in nature in Nacka, and Stockholm city center, Sweden
Ideal home and area for explorers, urbanites and nature lovers of all ages!
We live in a modern, bright house in the beautiful and green suburb of Nacka in Stockholm, Sweden, with convenient and easy access to the city center of Stockholm by boat or by bus (there is a bus stop very close to our home). The house is situated in a tranquil, very nice and friendly neighbourhood right by the sea. There are also several lakes very close.
The house is about 170 square metres (about 1840 square feet) and has a very nice garden with several sun decks, lounge seating, a BBQ, flowers, herbs, a cherry tree as well as rhubarbs and other berries. There are 4 bedrooms, two living rooms/lounges - one of them with a fireplace, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a balcony and two decks with lounge couches and comfortable seating and table.
There are several commercial centers/malls in the area with stores, cafés, bakeries, restaurants, delis, movie theatres, art, gyms and also parks, forests by lakes and recreation areas to take walks and go trekking in.
You can take boats out in the archipelago, or to the center of Stockholm (it takes about 20 minutes by boat to the very city center - a very nice ride!), and there are kayaks for rent close by.
The house is also equipped with a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a dishwasher in the kitchen.
