Our home is two stories with 2,400 square feet of living space. The first floor includes three bedrooms, two bathrroms, a large kitchen, living room, dining room, family room and laundry room. The second floor includes an additional bedroom, bathroom and balcony. The property includes private backyard with outdoor dining table, seating area and hot tub. We also have a private entry courtyard with seating area and fire pit. The garage has workout equipment. Our home is in a quite neighborhood with walking access to downtown with great restaurants and shops, library, grocery and drug stores. The train station is located less than one mile from our house with easy access to San Franciso and San Jose. Our family includes Lisa (55), Mike (55) and our adults daughters, Kaitlyn (27) and Jessica (23).
