 Comfortable well furnished house with three bedrooms and a bunk house for kids two minute walk from the Bass River Windmill Beach and half mile to the Nantucket Sound beach. Eat in kitchen, two bedrooms with king sized beds, one with queen. Outdoor shower with hot tub and gas grill on deck. Dining room and outdoor patio for dining off three season porch.

Short walk or drive to local beaches, half hour to one hour to all cape destinations. Ninety minutes to Boston. Six bicycles. Three kayaks. Close to grocery shopping, cultural center, tennis and boating marina.

Also ask about exchange of time share week 40, early October, at Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe, Vermont.
