Nice small and cosy flat for 2 in an attractive area of Paris ! between Canal St Martin and Buttes Chaumont, near lovely place St Marthe , near République and Bastille, surrounded by lot's of cafés and nice restaurants , a calm place for young people and others !
Subway is 2 min walk, and in 10 min ride you are in beautiful Monmartre (It is 30 min walking)
In a 400 meters radius, you have grocery stores and good french bakeries.
10 min walk you are in the big and great park: Les Buttes Chaumon, which is one of the most beautiful park in Paris.

DK120417Wonderful family (they are our friends now). Beautiful house and lovely area. The house looked exactly as expected. We have made two exchanges with them - one in their family home and later on in their summer residence.
