Nice modern private home in a great location close to everything you need to see and do in Reykjavik. Oldest neighborhood of Reykjavik, very quiet but central. The apartment is about 180 square meters can host a family of 4-6, it has 4 bedrooms, one with double bed. Large living room and a dining room.
Private sunny garden. Two bathrooms one with modern shower and a bathtub. Nice modern kitchen with all the appliances, excellent WIFI and a smart TV. Outdoor barbeque (grill). We can offer you bikes for loan. We can also exchange cars with you.
City center is just 5 minutes walk with its restaurants, café, shops and museums.
Harbour is also right next door with restaurants, supermarkets and whale watching tours. We have beautiful strand nature just in minutes walk and local geothermal pools.

We are a family of five. Huld works in an advertising agent and me Sigurdur is a web developer at the University of Iceland. We are both 48 years old and have 3 daughters 15, 17 and 21 year old.
We love traveling and exploring the world through the eyes of local people. We have had 5 home exchanges before, in Denmark, France and Spain.
Our oldest daughter is now studying in Spain.
