Our home is a 3 storey modern townhouse. Decorated to a high standard, it offers a serene and inviting atmosphere. The sunny west facing rear private garden with extended patio, BBQ area and lawn is the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

The accommodation consists of entrance hall, a guest WC, living room with large picture window and Dimplex electric fire insert. The kitchen/dining room is equipped Smeg and Neff appliances. Enjoy a barista coffee from the Sage coffee machine or step out the front door to our local deli (60 second walk!) for artisan foods, biodynamic wine and dining.  

Upstairs on the first floor there are two spacious double rooms (1 ensuite) and the family bathroom. Currently one of the bedrooms is used a children's bedroom (1 single bed, 1 cot), but this can be reconfigured to an adults room on request. On the third level is another double bedroom with walk through wardrobe to ensuite, a balcony and the laundry room.

Just a short stroll from Monkstown village with its popular cafes, boutiques, bistros and Salthill Dart station. A couple of minutes’ walk will also bring you to Monkstown Tennis Club and Monkstown DLR Pool and Fitness Centre. We are also surrounded by language schools, should that be of interest.

There is one designated car space and a communal playground for the development. 

Situated between Blackrock and Dun Laoghaire, Monkstown is South County Dublin's most picturesque coastal village. With a wide variety of restaurants, shops, pubs, attractions and events, there is something to keep everyone entertained.

A short train ride along the coast line will bring you in to Dublin City Centre, a city steeped in historical significance. Famous for its cultural attractions and charming hospitality, Dublin has always been one of the most popular cities in Europe to visit.

A 10 minute drive will bring you to Irelands major motorway link, allowing you to access anywhere in Ireland.
