Lovely 4-bed in peaceful suburb, 20 minutes to city centre on tram
A nice semi-detached 4-bedroom house on a quiet, friendly road, with a west-facing garden perfect for barbecues of a summer's evening (we do get those still!) and a modern, glassy kitchen/dining extension.
Dundrum is a nice, well-established suburb of Dublin, with loads of amenities. Dundrum Town Centre is a 10 minute walk away, the M50 is a 10 minute drive away, the nearest Luas stop is 8 minutes walk. In fact the line runs right past our back garden but, as it is an electric tram, it's nice and quiet.

They have a lovely house that was accurately portrayed and an amazing Tesla that got us all over Ireland. Our house was in excellent shape when we returned home.
